Are you an experienced Machine Tool Sales Manager in the industrial commercial field? As our Sales Manager, you’ll manage the day-to-day sales processes and be responsible for the sales of CNC milling, turning, and grinding machinery in the automotive, oil and gas, aerospace, and medical industries. In addition, key responsibilities and skills include:
Experience selling directly to users and have at least three years of supervisory experience in the industry.
Experience selling value added engineered solutions that have long sales lead times and are classified as capital goods. Must have documented sales success in the industry.
Ability to apply technology capabilities to new applications. Knowledge of whirling is a plus.
Key relationships with customers, machine tool original equipment manufacturers, and users.
CRM and Microsoft Office experience is required.
The candidate must be tactical and have the ability to develop, maintain and discuss a long-term vision for the business unit with management.
Previous experience working in a team environment with internal support personnel and engineering staff is critical.
The ability to program CNC equipment is a plus.

Have a thorough technical understanding of milling, turning and grinding machinery.
Ability to demonstrate machine tool equipment and bring a high-level of technical expertise.
Willingness to work with R&D/Engineering to identify product solutions.
Able to travel 40% of the time domestically, with an occasional international travel requirement.

Leistritz Advanced Technologies Corp, an international pump manufacturer, is looking for a project engineer/manager to join our growing team based in Allendale, NJ. An Engineering degree and a minimum of 3 years experience with heavy equipment projects in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Markets is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Projects and Office is also required. Familiarity with SolidWorks is a plus. The successful candidate will interact with customers and suppliers while managing both domestic and international projects.
